About the role The Valley Swim School is seeking experienced Swimming Instructors to join our dedicated team on a casual basis. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and small groups of students, ranging from beginners to advanced swimmers. This is a great opportunity to share your passion for swimming and help our students of all ages develop essential water safety and swimming skills.What you'll be doing Providing tailored swimming instruction to students of all ages and abilities Developing and implementing engaging, structured lesson plans to meet individual student needs Ensuring a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all students Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to support their developmentMaintaining detailed records of student attendance and performance Adhering to all health, safety and operational protocols within the swim school What we're looking for Relevant qualifications in swimming instruction or a related field Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Current First Aid and CPR certifications Flexible availability to work during peak times, including evenings.
