You will lead a high performing team, overseeing all aspects of Fern’s operations to enhance service delivery, maximise fleet efficiency and superior customer experience.In this pivotal role, you will shape the company’s scalability, streamline logistics and ensure sustainable growth and performance. With safety at the heart of Fern’s culture, you will champion a proactive approach to health and safety while being a visible leader, fostering strong relationships across the business and key stakeholders.Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced operational leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in managing multi-location operations with exposure to logistics, supply chain or distribution operations. You will have a proven ability to drive efficiency, lead high performing teams and foster a customer focused culture.
