Warehouse Manager, Christchurch

Job Opportunity: Warehouse Manager Join a fast-growing company offering career development opportunities. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Christchurch warehouses. This role requires a proactive attitude and experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations from inbound goods to deliveryManage container logistics and MPI compliance Conduct stock takes and manage inventory Coordinate with freight partners Handle damages, stock losses, investigations, and claims Manage and develop warehouse staff Ensure accuracy in stock control, picking, packing, and invoicing Maximize delivery channels and customer pickupsMaintain vehicle fleet, forklifts, and equipment Build relationships with stakeholders Achieve business KPIs and focus on continuous improvement Work 45-50 hours per week, with weekend work as needed Candidate Profile: Hands-on approach with strategic oversight Knowledge of Chain of ResponsibilityAttention to detail and problem-solving skills Commitment to health and safety standards Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer literacy Adherence to company policies Open to change and continuous improvement Eligible to work full-time in NZ Valid forklift license If you are energetic, driven, and passionate about leading a high-performing warehouse team, we want to hear from you!
