This will involve: Enabling and managing robust processes for reviewing commercial and contractual relationships with key partners to ensure favorable and realized commercial terms.Supporting continuous improvement within technology and innovation projects to maximize commercial results and productivity while maintaining high service levels to internal and external customers. Overseeing all commercial engagements and processes to support the wider merchandise team in leveraging Farmlands.Supporting business-wide projects and merchandising initiatives. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning results with the broader business strategy and direction. Mōhou ake | About you A dynamic personality that thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.Proven leadership and commercial ability. Project planning, management, and execution skills. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think‘out-of-the-box’ in problem solving.
