About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience managing and analysing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. This role is not a coding or technical data role—it’s for someone who understands digital marketing inside and out, and can hit the ground running optimising paid media, website conversions, and customer growth.You’ll work closely with the Sales&Marketing team to analyse campaign performance, sales data, and website behaviour—turning data into actionable marketing strategies that drive growth. From understanding which ads are working, to which landing pages are converting, to where budget should be reallocated, you’ll be at the centre of performance improvement.If you’re a marketer who lives and breathes Meta and Google Ads, loves analysing what’s driving conversions, and knows how to optimise campaigns for better ROAS—not just report the numbers—this role is for you. Our team is passionate, innovative, and driven, working in a collaborative environment where insights and data play a critical role in shaping our strategies.Key Responsibilities Paid Media&Advertising Analytics Analyse Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign performance daily/weekly to identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversion rates, and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance.Identify and manage ad fatigue, frequency, and creative wear-out, ensuring ads stay fresh and effective. Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, landing pages, and report on results with clear next steps. Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust budgets, targeting, and creative strategy based on campaign data.Analyse website user behaviour, conversion funnels, drop-off points, and landing page performance. Recommend and test site optimisations to improve conversion rates from paid traffic. Collaborate with ecommerce and development teams to implement CRO best practices. Track sales trends, customer retention, and lifetime value by marketing channel.Segment customers by demographics, purchase patterns, and ad engagement to refine targeting. Support database management and reporting to enable smarter audience targeting and retention strategies. Reporting&Insights Build and maintain dashboards tracking paid media, website, and sales KPIs. Deliver regular insights and recommendations to guide marketing and ad spend decisions. Experience&Skills Required: Hands-on experience managing and analysing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of paid media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, engagement, conversions) and how to improve them Ability to interpret ad performance reports, audience data, and creative insights to recommend clear next steps.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and understanding of customer conversion paths. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. A marketer’s mindset: strategic, curious, and focused on business growth Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience setting up and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns directly (not just analysing reports).Familiarity with media buying strategies, ad budgeting, and iterative testing. Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools. Important: This role is not suitable for candidates whose primary background is in coding or general data science without marketing-specific experience.
