About The Role Collaborate with GM Acquisition Strategy and Marketing to develop a cross-channel acquisition strategy. Understand cost and growth drivers across channels to optimise volume and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Develop and maintain short, mid, and long-term forecasts with Channel Owners, Finance, and Data teams.Evaluate the commercial viability of tactical initiatives and distill insights into impactful presentations for senior stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional planning to address gaps in business targets. Lead weekly acquisition performance reporting, synthesising key trends and insights. Lead the Digital Marketing team including commercial oversight of digital media strategy and supporting team members in managing strategic vendor relationships.Ensure MYOB has exceptional digital marketing capability through continuous optimisation and successful implementation of our ongoing Digital maturity program. Champion team engagement through personal development, coaching, and goal enablement. About You Natural ability to problem solve, enjoys understanding complex problems and hypothesising potential solutions.Curious and insights-led towards driving commercial outcomes. Follow the thread of what the data is telling us, interpret the insight and drive action to improve results. Confident working with data, running ad-hoc analysis, building and maintaining commercial models and using tools like GA and Power BI.Clear communicator and story teller, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and easy to digest way. Adaptable, quick learner who proactively initiates action in a dynamic environment. Values teamwork and builds strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. High work-ownership and drive to deliver great results.Understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools desired but not a must.
