You will support three young men in a flatting environment in Somerfield, helping them achieve their goals and build healthy relationships. This may involve assisting with daily activities, fostering social connections, and developing household skills.The three men, aged in their 20s and 30s, have diverse interests, including participating in the Hōhepa Community, going for casual games of bowling, engaging in arts and crafts, and solving puzzles. You should be energetic, empathetic, and able to work alongside these individuals, focusing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve, and apply boundaries or offer space.Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth. You will have confidence in supporting personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. You will be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community.
