Description A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms according to brand standards and keeping related floors clean at all times during a shift, while assisting guests with any questions they may have. What will I be doing? As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Complete all work in assigned areas ensuring the highest cleanliness standards and adherence to Hilton policies and procedures. Protect guests' privacy during service. Assist guests and respond to their requests. Clean and replenish supplies in guestrooms according to standards and procedures. Keep master keys secure at all times.Keep trolleys tidy and well-stocked. Maintain all equipment in good working condition. Keep linen room neat and organized. Report any loss, damage, or maintenance issues to the Floor Supervisor. Be courteous and professional, providing high-quality service to guests. Maintain good working relationships with team members and other departments.Report maintenance issues promptly. Follow lost and found procedures. Address guest complaints appropriately. Promote hotel and Hilton products and services. Maintain high product and service knowledge. Adhere to hotel policies, Hilton code of conduct, and team member handbook. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.What are we looking for? A Room Attendant serving Hilton Brands works on behalf of our guests and collaborates with team members. To succeed in this role, you should have: Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping. A positive attitude and good team spirit. English literacy to meet business needs.Good knowledge of daily housekeeping operations on guest floors. Flexibility to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
