About the roleAs a Senior Engineer, you'll oversee project allocation and delivery, ensuring the quality and timeliness of our structural engineering solutions. Your work will involve a variety of residential projects, from bespoke architectural homes to complex structural alterations. You will also: Lead project planning, proposals, preliminary and detailed designs.Supervise on-site investigations, monitor progress, and ensure timely reporting. Foster strong client relationships through excellent service and communication. Collaborate with our Structural Manager to enhance our Specifi platform's capabilities and client offerings. CPEng is an advantage or working towards chartership. Professional engineering experience in NZ, with good residential design and proven seismic experience to NZ Codes, along with strong technical knowledge.Experience in managing structural engineering projects and leading technical teams. Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills. A passion for mentoring, team development, and delivering client success. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
