Some present great opportunities; others are best avoided. Banks are tightening lending, leading to deal failures. Early involvement can help structure deals for smoother sales. As always, consider selling five years before your planned retirement.Recruitment: The market shows signs of recovery, with professionals feeling more confident about changing jobs or leaving poor management.
