You will work within amulti-disciplinary team to determine and meet the patient goals and outcomes. Yourday would include, ADL assessment and rehabilitation, cognitive assessments andtreatment and complex discharge planning.New graduates, internationally trained, returning to practice or OT - s intheir early years of practice will be supported by a dedicated Clinical Coach, enablingyour learning and development in extending your clinical practice and the development of Occupational Therapy skills.
