Your new role as an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) involves delivering quality and reliable maintenance and rectification services to a high standard, while ensuring all WHS and Quality policies and procedures are followed. You will work with a range of specialist teams to uphold excellent engineering standards founded on safety, quality, reliability, and service.We’re looking for someone who: Has completed Certificate IV in Aeroskills (AU or NZ equivalent), with previous A320/321 experience preferred Has excellent time management skills and can effectively manage themselves and others Can work autonomously and as part of a team Has experience in Line MaintenanceIs committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Has strong problem-solving skills and can handle competing demands under pressure and with multiple stakeholders Holds a valid driving licence and can obtain an Airside Drivers Licence Can work night shifts and weekend shifts (24/7 availability)Leadership qualities, a strong work ethic, and an inclusive mindset are valued.
