Tamara is largely independent, enjoys exploring outdoors, arts and crafts, and spending time with her boyfriend. She is passionate about indoor bowls and Jolt dance. Tamara requires support for personal care, health, wellbeing, and to achieve her personal goals.Maya is very sociable, participates in Hōhepa's day programme, assists with small maintenance tasks, and is learning drums. She needs support to maintain personal care, health, and routines. Rosie is transitioning from her family home to flatting for the first time. She will attend the day programme and enjoys socialising, music, dancing, painting, drama, and outdoor activities. Rosie is independent, organized, and prefers routine, needing support to adapt to her new living situation.You will be energetic, empathetic, and able to support these individuals by creating diverse experiences, reading situations, problem-solving, and setting boundaries or offering space. Daily tasks include supporting with routines, encouraging independence, personal care, cooking, medication, and household tasks. You will be passionate about helping people access and participate in their community.
