Full-time Permanent Role Hynds Waimakariri is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant team in Kaiapoi, Christchurch. Your responsibilities include offering expert advice on our products, assisting with sales support, answering queries, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized branch to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities Provide sales support for all branch customers Build and maintain internal relationships with procurement and demand management teams Complete administration tasks as per Branch Performance Standards, including invoicing, inventory receipting, and credits Operate the forklift regularly to move products around the siteComplete duties accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of safety and quality Key Attributes Excellent customer service skills to ensure strong customer relationships and meet customer needs Advanced knowledge of Hynds products and applications, understanding how products work together to form solutionsNZ full Class 1 driver licence and F endorsement Business smart with an understanding of key performance levers Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards Who We Are Founded in 1973, Hynds is New Zealand's premier product supplier for water management and waste solutions in civil and rural infrastructure markets.
