The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing.We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager This executive role involves leading efficient and effective travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, expense policy enforcement, and administrative functions. It requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills in a fast-paced, complex tech industry environment.Key Responsibilities include: Managing travel approvals, logistics, and operations Overseeing expense reviews in line with policies Planning and executing complex company events four times a year Managing company offices that provide executive briefing and operational facilities Implementing our global duty of care, health, and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practicesWhat we are looking for: Exceptional academic record from high school and university Undergraduate degree in a technical or business field Drive and a proven track record of exceeding expectations Leadership and management skills Good judgment in financial, policy, and interpersonal mattersAbility to work in a global, multicultural organization Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and flexibility Responsibility, accountability, thoughtfulness, and self-awareness Result-oriented with a strong personal drive to meet commitments Willingness to travel up to four times a year, with events lasting up to two weeksAdditional Skills That You Might Also Bring: Travel industry experience Project management experience Event management and operations experience Business and corporate administration experience What we offer you: We offer a competitive worldwide compensation package, revisited annually, including base pay, performance bonuses, and additional benefits aligned with our values.
