We're looking for someone who loves helping customers and enjoys a busy workday. Applicants must be based in Christchurch and have the right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.The Purpose of This Position Is To Provide excellent customer service on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns. Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customers, ensuring customer issues are resolved. Plan and organize yourself and others to be responsive, adapt quickly to customer requests, and drive consistent service delivery performance.Support the outbound sales team with customer and administrative support. The Ideal Candidate Must Possess Proven call centre/telesales customer service skills. The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's criteria.
