Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities:Ensure that all necessary information and materials are present for the clinician prior to the patient visit. Escort patients to the appropriate room, accurately obtain and record history and chief complaints to practice standards. Prepare patients for the appointment based on diagnosis, procedure, and practice protocols, including proper dress (gowns) and setup for procedures.Responsible for scribing and documenting office visits on the computer for the clinician. Assist clinicians with preparation of cosmetic procedures. Instruct and educate patients on postoperative and cosmetic procedure aftercare, ensuring understanding.
