Our mahi (work) is organized around three core services: Environmental Regulation and Protection Community Preparedness and Response to Hazards Public TransportThe Metro Customer Care Trainer plays a critical role, working collaboratively to identify training needs and provide programmes that ensure our team has the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service. Design and deliver customer care training Assess service quality and plan training based on evaluationsIdentify opportunities for improvement through training and coaching Ensure training follows best practice adult education principles Develop training materials and learning resources For more information on this role, please refer to the job description at the bottom of the advert. You’ll be an experienced adult educator within a customer service environment. A strong communicator who connects easily with customers, team members, and the wider organization. Your ability to prioritize a varied workload and adopt a solution-focused approach will ensure your success in this role.More about you: NZQA Unit Standard level 5 NZ Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching or similar At least 6 years in a customer service environment with a minimum of 2 years in a role involving developing others and/or supervisory experience Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills are essential.Our mahi is underpinned by our values: We embrace a diverse workforce, which enables us to better serve our community and environment.
