We are urgently seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant for an immediate start until 1 July. What You'll Do As a Part-Time Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting our Executive Director and working in conjunction with the Executive Assistant. Your typical duties will include:Coordinating, editing, and formatting documentation Organising management meetings, planning days, and events Managing diary and inbox Writing reports Handling purchase orders and accounts Making travel bookings Taking minutes at meetings Responding to LGOIMA requests What You Bring The ideal candidate will have proven experience working closely with an executive within local government. Strong initiative and proactivity are key, along with excellent organisational skills.
