We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work within our Community Services. We have a permanent part-time option on offer. What does a Support Worker do? As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all the below: Meal preparation Community outings and integration Giving medication Home management What are we looking for? Health and wellbeing qualification with 1-3 years of relevant work experienceExperience in using hoist Attitude - a desire to help and support others, achieving excellence in all you do! Most positions require a full NZ drivers' license and your own reliable transport What's in it for you?
