A fairly new property, full of light in a gated and secure townhouse complex. Great, new, quiet and tidy complex. Usually there is on street parking available and it’s a walk to most city amenities, bars, restaurants, offices and events. Available for 3 months at a time. The room is nicely furnished with ensuite (sink, toilet,shower) comfortable new bed, side table, lampshade, tv and a built-in wardrobe.

I am a middle-aged man, a business owner and executive who usually works from home. I am extremely tidy, friendly and respectful. I am looking for a similar minded no drama flatmate. I love to listen to music and watch tv in the evenings. We share the use of laundry, kitchen and outdoor area and I usually use the lounge as an office. The ideal flatmate must be an executive, respectful and tidy.
