Collaborate with a team of health professional colleagues Manage district referrals based on entry criteria, clinical priority, and ongoing allocation to other health professionals, services, or directly to health providersExperience variety through a dynamic and unpredictable workday responding to referral demand fluctuations Supervise a range of health scenarios from non-complex to complex, including home support services, clinical needs assessments, and palliative care funding Develop skills in an office-based role with a supportive orientation programCommunicate verbally and in writing with clients, whānau, health professionals, and administrative staff about available support services Workdays are Monday to Friday Position Description About Us Te Whatu Ora - Southern covers the largest geographical area among New Zealand regions, serving 350,000 people in diverse communities.
