As a Guest Services Agent, you will ensure that brand service standards are met to the highest quality, providing our guests with an experience that meets their expectations of Hilton. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will work as part of a large team on a rotating roster in a fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will include: Providing a warm and welcoming check-in/out experience for every guest Managing guest queries and feedback professionally and genuinely Informing guests about activities in Queenstown and the surrounding region Upselling products and services to maximize sales revenueBringing the Light&Warmth of Hospitality to the Front Office with your personality What are we looking for?
