Work alongside other senior nurses, and wider team members in planning and providing rehabilitation to our patients.Develop your knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation with medical, orthopaedic and neurological conditions including stroke. Support, teach and upskill students and rotational staff. Care for patientswith stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly and other neurological conditions Optimising patient outcomes and facilitating effective rehabilitation using a patient centred and evidence based approach to goal setting and intervention.Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
