You will need experience working with patients with serious mental illness in a community or inpatient setting. Within this position, you will work within an MDT as a key worker, assessing, maintaining, and managing clinical risk, working alongside the client and their whanau focusing on optimum care and resilience.The North Community Mental Health Team provides assessment, support, and treatment for people experiencing moderate to severe mental illness. The geographic area serviced by the team includes Mosgiel, Middlemarch, Palmerston, and Dunedin city from the Octagon northwards. About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
