This role offers it all; you can positively impact your customers and spread joy daily! This role is varied and will require you to:Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager, and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential. Be confident in applying products, recommending products, and closing the sale. Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.About You: We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team who has: Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets. A passion for Skincare, Health and Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves. A genuine desire to up-skill yourself with new product knowledge, reviews, and launches.Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store&via telephone in a confident, friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
