You will be using our in-house CRM computer system alongside Microsoft programmes. Communicating with clients and staff is vital to ensure the smooth operation of our bookings team. As a Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in booking our nurses at the matched healthcare setting and location, building key relationships with our clientele and nursing team.Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of incoming bookings from various platforms, e-mails and phone calls into the bookings team. Curate and organise bookings to enhance customer experience and promote sales. Assist clients in making bookings accurately for the week, month, and year.Monitor sales trends and client feedback to adjust bookings accordingly. Coordinate with management to assist in smooth running of the bookings team. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bookings. Maintain accurate records of bookings using our CRM software. Taking and documenting bookings via phone, email and face to face communicationRequirements Proven experience in customer services or call centre Resilience to keep calling and making phone calls Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using computers and Microsoft word and excel A passion for healthcare and/or recruitment industry and looking to go up the ladder. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on call duties when required.
