Position Purpose WellSouth’s most important day-to-day relationships are with primary care providers. As well as being the main point of contact for provider teams, the successful applicant will have excellent relationships with WellSouth’s clinical teams and help connect them to provider teams as required.The Primary Care Relationship Manager will be enthusiastic, well-informed, customer-centric, and an excellent communicator. The successful candidate will work with providers to ensure that the people of Southern District get world-class primary and community health care. They will support the Primary Care Relationship Director and other members of the Management Team to manage operational and financial resources to ensure the long-term viability of WellSouth.Position Objectives This will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including: Providing a reliable and trustworthy key point of contact for providers. Advising on patient enrolment responsibilities, audit and contractual requirements, and accurate patient data capture. Providing networking and connection opportunities, and facilitating relationships with partners.Implementing, and advising on, the development of WellSouth’s funded clinical programmes. Supporting the achievement of national health targets or initiatives. Problem-solving and facilitating ongoing quality improvement. Ensuring the provider voice is heard and considered in WellSouth discussions.Undertaking small project work.
