With an experienced centre director and an inclusive, friendly and supportive team culture, we are a fabulous next step if you are looking for a new leadership position.Our Kea room has amazing ratios of 1:6 and our Tui room 1:7. 3 hours of team planning per week plus additional time for leadership duties. Working in a team of 7 you will mentor our teachers and lead an engaging and individualised curriculum. Our open-ended environments allow teachers time to partake in small group work driving rich engagement with children.Our rooms are bright and open with generous outdoor areas and expansive lawns.
