Payroll Supervisor Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a motivated individual to join a busy payroll team in a full-time, permanent role based in our client's Dunedin offices. As a key member of the team, you'll ensure the timely and accurate management of payroll functions across multiple entities in Otago, assisting the Payroll Manager and Partnership Team.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate payroll processing for multiple entities with varying pay cycles. Review work and provide training and support to payroll administrators and staff. Manage new employee setup, onboarding, and payroll record updates. Resolve payroll-related queries from internal and external customers.Identify opportunities for payroll system improvements and process streamlining. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and payroll legislation. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in payroll coordination, following policy and procedures. Knowledge of New Zealand employer legislation, including the Holidays Act.Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritise while applying accuracy and attention to detail.
