About the Role:We’re on the lookout for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Insulation Installers. Whether you’ve worked in the trades before or you’re keen to learn something new, this role offers great opportunities in a growing industry.You’ll be helping to make New Zealand homes and buildings warmer, healthier, and more energy-efficient by installing insulation in ceilings, walls, and under floors.What You’ll Be Doing: Installing insulation products in new and existing buildings. Reading plans and job specs (training provided). Working in roof spaces, under floors, and sometimes at heights. Following health and safety guidelines on-site. Completing job records and reporting progress.Being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship. What You’ll Need: Good level of physical fitness – able to work in tight or elevated spaces. Reliable transport and a full NZ driver’s licence. Great attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Able to pass a Ministry of Justice background check.Must be able to pass a drug test. Previous construction or insulation experience is a bonus– but not essential!
