Care for acute patients in a virtual ward setting travelling to the patients home. Assess and treat patients who are still considered inpatient under hospital care. Liase closely with the Medical Assessment Unit and the Home team.Our service is compassionate, friendly and we are committed to high standards of practice. Rostered morning 10 hour shifts covering 7 days per week.
