The young people we support may experience significant obstacles in theirlives, which at times requires a trauma informed approach. So as a Youth Support Worker - Kaimahi Tautoko Rangatahi you would be a role model and mentor, helping youth to build self-esteem, resilience and confidence, alongside encouraging meaningful opportunities within their community.This is an opportunity to make a real difference in shaping a young person’s life, fostering emotional and social development and guiding them through the complexities of adolescence.
