Wellbeing Coach - Youth Mental Health (fixed-term Maternity Cover) Add expected salary to your profile for insights. We have a 12-month fixed-term (parental leave cover) opportunity for the right person to step into this client-focused role working alongside ADL's skilled clinical team to improve the well-being of young people.Responsibilities include: Directly support young people with mild needs and their whānau. Work alongside clinicians with young people with moderate needs and their whānau. Help navigate young people and their whānau to a wide range of pro-social and wellbeing supports. Provide a service that reflects the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.Respect the diverse ethnic and cultural heritage of New Zealand and utilise culturally appropriate approaches. Work as an effective and collaborative member of a regional team for the wider organisation. A minimum relevant level 4 NZQA certificate is required. Experience working with youth. A good understanding of mental wellbeing.
