You should have experience with patients experiencing serious mental illness in community or inpatient settings. Your role will involve working within an MDT as a key worker, assessing and managing clinical risk, and focusing on client and whanau-centered care to promote resilience.The North Community Mental Health Team provides assessment, support, and treatment for individuals with moderate to severe mental illness in areas including Mosgiel, Middlemarch, Palmerston, and Dunedin city from the Octagon northwards.
