Registered Nurse– Gastroenterology Salary Band – $81,683 - $106,739 p.a prorata + Kiwisaver Dunedin Hospital Permanent vacancy 0.6 FTE / 48 hours per fortnight Rostered shifts between 0730 and 1800 Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About The Role The Gastroenterology Department: Collaborate in the endoscopy service and to the broader Gastroenterology team of consultants, specialist nurses for IBD and Hepatology, and the National Bowel Screening Program co-ordinators. Upskill in the gastroenterology field and learn technical skills for assisting with flexible endoscopic procedures.Support a diagnostic outpatient service, and to be exposed to a different type of nursing practice. Participate in our after-hours acute service roster. Expand your knowledge in areas like population bowel screening, inflammatory bowel disease and liver disease.
