An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Churchwood Primary Academy for a SEN Teacher/ASD Lead . We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who can lead, manage, develop, and maintain a high-quality SEND provision to enable quality teaching, excellent learning outcomes, and success for all our pupils.Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date records and policies, coordinating provision, advising on resource deployment, and liaising with parents, early years providers, schools, educational psychologists, and other agencies. The role also involves supporting smooth transitions for pupils with SEND, undertaking class teacher duties, and setting challenging targets to raise achievement for pupils with SEND.You will be joining our enthusiastic team committed to changing the life chances of our students.
