This is accomplished by following sanitation procedures, SSOPs, and work instructions. While working in production, personnel are responsible for inspection, packaging, and palletizing products to Truvant and customer specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily cleaning and sanitizing of production rooms, pack-off areas, and packaging equipment Cleaning and sanitizing of any other areas assigned by the sanitation supervisor. Disassembling and assembling of equipment and production lines. Operate a floor buffer and scrubber.Fill out required sanitation pre-operational reports.
