Make an Impact – Design and deliver youth programmes that truly connect with young people, meeting their needs and empowering them to reach their full potential.Stay True to Our Values– Ensure that everything we do is rooted in respect, inclusivity, and cultural awareness—honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and supporting all backgrounds. Work Together – Build strong relationships with young people, families, schools, and community partners to create lasting, meaningful change.Keep Improving– Regularly assess the success of our programmes and take action to keep pushing for better outcomes for the young people we work with. Be Part of the Big Picture – Play an active role in our leadership team, contributing ideas and helping shape the direction of our services, making sure the best practices in youth work are part of everything we do.Support Youth into Work– A key part of this role is helping young people get job-ready. You’ll offer coaching, guidance, and create opportunities that help rangatahi build the skills and confidence they need to land and succeed in meaningful employment.
