Based in Christchurch, your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and growth for the Real Estate category within your region by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.HOW YOU'LL DO IT: You'll be the go-to expert, providing profitable, high-quality media solutions that align with NZME’s strategies, enhancing our reputation as the media partner of choice for businesses across New Zealand. To excel in this role, you will: Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that maximize value.Develop annual strategies for key accounts, focusing on growth and yield targets. Lead new business development within the Real Estate category, identifying revenue opportunities. Champion the full range of NZME’s products to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions that meet client objectives.Accurately track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client activities to keep management informed. Uphold NZME’s core values by always prioritizing the audience and demonstrating leadership and innovation. ABOUT YOU: A degree in commerce or media studies and 2+ years’ experience in account management, preferably in a high-energy, sales-driven environment.Strong customer service ethic, with a focus on improving customer engagement through relationship building. Ability to work collaboratively, building trust with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
