This includes monitoring and assessing staffing levels, business volume efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the property. The role demands a solid background in information technology, process improvement, and statistical analysis.The Day-to-day Oversee daily operations of Workforce Management, ensuring optimal staffing, business efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the property Implement departmental policies and contribute to strategic planning aligned with divisional goals Lead hiring, training, coaching, and team development to promote a collaborative and performance-driven environmentManage scheduling processes, vacation quotas, and FTE targets across all departments Analyze staffing data and collaborate with finance to recommend cost-saving opportunities Audit Virtual Roster/Kronos and generate reports to support decision-making and operational improvements Adjust staffing for special events, high-volume days, and tournaments, ensuring union complianceGuide department leaders on scheduling, labor management, and leave-related issues Serve as acting Director in their absence and support related duties as needed The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Two (2) years of relevant experience, Workforce Management preferredProperty Financial Planning experience Familiarity with Labor metrics, planning and regulations Exceptional collaboration, customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders The Perks&Benefits Health&Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Free meals in our Aria employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts View Job Description Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW ?
