This position is for parental leave cover within our community physiotherapy team. The role exists to meet the demands and complexities of caring for the people of Tairāwhiti closer to where they reside. In this model, we value your autonomous skills at managing your time and caseload and your ability to work effectively as a team member.You will be providing physio assessments and treatment to the people of Tairāwhiti. In our regional centre, we manage a range of conditions; therefore, a generalist physiotherapy skill set is highly valued. However, depending on what skills you bring to the role, you may find opportunities to develop into a number of special interest areas provided in the community setting. You will have a supportive and experienced team around you that share a vision of providing excellent physiotherapy care to the people of Tairāwhiti.Our Physiotherapy Team is comprised of 30+ staff and covers inpatient, outpatient, and community areas, offering a 24/7 service.
