About this Role Key team members are stepping away on maternity leave and retirement, creating an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate-level candidate to join an established and busy commercial practice and make a significant impact within their Commercial team.This role reports to a Director and works closely alongside senior solicitors such as Associates, Consultants, and Special Counsel. Practice areas include business advice, business sales and purchases, contracts, commercial and company law, property law and conveyancing (including residential, rural, and commercial), trusts, estate planning, and wills. Woodward Chrisp has invested heavily in their support team to handle the day-to-day conveyancing work, ensuring that your time is free to focus on more complex and interesting files to drive forward your legal career.Your client base will consist of long-standing and high-caliber individuals and organizations, comprising many of Gisborne's major industries, including horticulture, viticulture, forestry, and agriculture.
