As the Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, monitoring, and supporting rehabilitation patients throughout their recovery. You will also provide clinical leadership to Rehabilitation Assistants and Residential Team Leaders, ensuring staff are well-equipped to handle health-related challenges.Key Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and track patient progress toward rehabilitation goals Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide clinical leadership and guidance to support staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and ongoing careMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations About you You will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
