Clinical Account Manager- East Coast, Gisborne

We’re hiring a Clinical Account Manager to support oncology accounts. This is a relationship-focused role, not traditional sales. CAMs drive deeper adoption and client satisfaction within accounts that have already begun ordering tests. Key Responsibilities: Expand presence in oncology accounts alongside the SVP of Commercial Operations and Key Account Directors.Own and grow existing accounts by building trust across physician networks. Engage with oncologists, nurse navigators, pathologists, and administrators to drive test adoption. Support onsite visits and serve as the ongoing account liaison. Maintain detailed CRM records, track progress, and forecast effectively.Collaborate with Clinical, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: 3+ years in clinical sales, account management, or customer success—ideally in oncology, genomics, or diagnostics. Strong ability to educate and influence clinical stakeholders.Experience navigating complex, multi-physician healthcare systems. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willing to travel regionally (~30–40%).
