The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reflexology techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for promoting relaxation, health, and well-being. As a Head Foot Reflexologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reflexology services to our clients, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent service standards.Key Responsibilities: Perform reflexology treatments focusing on the foot and other reflex zones. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and health concerns. Maintain a clean and professional workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and properly stored. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.Educate clients on relaxation techniques and post-treatment care. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements. Supervise and train junior staff members. Adhere to all local and state regulations and guidelines for reflexology practice. Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in reflexology or related therapy. Additional certifications in specialized reflexology techniques. Experience with scheduling and client management software.
