You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done on time without compromising service standards. You understand that success is a team effort, whether it's collecting trolleys from the car park, restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, ticketing products, or providing excellent customer service.If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability. Maintain fast efficient picking, packing, and shipping to our online customers, as well as looking after local click and collect customers.If you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, meeting targets, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for this position today! Qualifications Ideally, you will have: Some experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role - preferable but not essential. Excellent communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude.
