Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent and competent delivery of the New Zealand curriculum. Implement the school’s vision, focusing on student achievement and engagement. Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modernteaching practices.Assist in analysing student data to identify strengths and areas for development. Provide feedback to students to improve their performance and maintain regular progress reports. Ensure school policies are correctly implemented. Experience, Skills and Competencies New Zealand registered Teacher with experience across Year 3 to 6.Knowledge of modern learning environments and techniques. Clear communication and effective listening. Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community. Strong planning, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
