Job Title: Legal Executive at Parry Field Lawyers Parry Field Lawyers is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Executive to join our friendly Hokitika team– now based in beautiful new office premises. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment while enjoying the unique lifestyle of the West Coast.About the Role You will play a key role in supporting our clients across a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, refinancing, and related transactions. Working closely with our experienced lawyers and other professionals, you will manage files from start to finish and be a vital part of our team.Key Responsibilities Handle residential and commercial conveyancing matters independently Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and settlements Draft wills and EPAs Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent client care Assist with subdivisions, refinancing, and other property-related transactionsWork closely with lawyers and other team members to deliver efficient legal solutions About You Proven experience as a Legal Executive, preferably in property law and conveyancing NZILE (Legal Executive Diploma) qualification or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent client service and communication abilities Sound knowledge of Land Online A proactive and collaborative approach to work Why Join Us?
