In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, oversee our applications to systems to ensure they are effectively utilised and meet the needs of our team. You will also be responsible for researching and advising on emerging technologies to keep all our systems innovative and efficient.This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the suitability of new technologies through hands-on testing and pilot implementations.Identify and roll out new tools and technologies that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Collaborate with business units and the Business Analyst to gather application needs and translate them into functional improvements. Manage and update company website platforms, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and reliability through regular updates, unit testing, and user testing.Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or improvements. Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their issues. Implement processes and controls to meet IT policy requirements and comply with relevant standards and regulations. About You We are looking for someone who is proactive and self-motivated, who brings strong active listening skills and a collaborative mindset to our team. You are someone who takes pride in your ability to manage your workload effectively, demonstrating persistence and a commitment to high-quality outcomes. With a cooperative and helpful attitude, you naturally contribute to team goals and foster positive working relationships. You have experience conducting research across a wide range of systems, applications, and technologies, and you are confident in creating and delivering engaging training sessions.
